✉ Getting An Answer Back
Answers are written to your Contact Us Log. No reply email is sent automatically — if you never open that page, you never see the answer.
Send this while signed out and it saves with no account attached, so it never appears in your log at all. Login first if you want to follow it.
Setting Expecting a Reply to No hides the email and phone boxes, which leaves no way to reach you at all.
⚠ Two Things That Fail Quietly
Outside links. A link to any site outside this family of sites flags your message as spam. It is still saved, but the alert is never sent and flagged messages are hidden from the default view. Describe the page instead of pasting an outside URL.
Rejected attachments. Anything that fails a check is dropped with no message to you: non-image files, any single file over 10 MB, and anything past the 20 MB total.
File contents are checked, not the file name — renaming a PDF to .jpg gets it silently dropped.
💡 Tips
- Urgency and Importance set where your message lands in the queue. Neither one triggers an alert on its own.
- Worded something badly? You can still edit your own message from the Contact Us Log after sending it.
- Submissions are rate-limited — about 10 an hour.
